Shipping and delivery

Carriers, exact costs, and dispatch dates for your order are shown at checkout. This is a plain-language draft, not a substitute for legal review.

1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide, except to Japan and to countries under comprehensive sanctions. Checkout confirms we can deliver to your address before you pay. Delivery takes 7 to 15 days.

2. Costs and duties

Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay, together with any duties or import VAT that could apply. Nothing is discovered at the door.

3. Free shipping

Standard delivery is free over $150 in Europe and over $200 everywhere else. Single-order fees and any remote-area surcharge are calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery time and pre-order dispatch

Orders arrive in 7 to 15 days from the day you order. When your unit leaves the warehouse, you get a tracking link by email.

Pre-orders ship in batch order, with the same 7 to 15 day delivery time. If the window moves, we tell you before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund if the new date does not work for you.

5. Delivery problems

Lost, stuck, or damaged in transit: email support@reetle.ai with your order number. Transit risk is ours until the parcel reaches you; we chase the carrier, you do not have to.
