Questions
Common questions
Up to 11 hours of continuous use, 8 hours of continuous recording, and over a month of standby. The hub runs on its own 1100 mAh battery, so recording never draws on your phone.
The iPhone series. The Reetle app is for iOS only, so there is no Android support yet. We publish the tested iPhone model list before any order ships, so we never promise a fit we have not checked.
Over 100 languages, including code-switching between two in the same recording. The summary comes back in the language you set, regardless of what was spoken.
Audio is captured on the hub and processed in our EU data centre to produce the transcript and summary. You can delete any recording from the hub or your account at any time. We do not use your audio to train models. Full details on the privacy page.
Worldwide, except Japan and countries under comprehensive sanctions. Duties and taxes are already in the price, so nothing is collected on delivery. Delivered in 7 to 15 days with tracking, and a delivery estimate at checkout.
A 1-year limited warranty on the hub (3 months on accessories), plus the EU and UK statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity. Reetle hubs are MIL-STD-810H rated; the warranty does not cover misuse outside that envelope. The returns and warranty page has the specifics.
Your card is charged when you place the order, not when the unit ships. If we miss the delivery window we communicated, you can cancel and we refund you in full. Once the hub arrives you also have 14 days to return it, as set out on the returns page.
14 days from delivery, no questions asked. For a no-reason return, you pay the return shipping. If the unit is faulty, the 1-year limited warranty or your statutory legal guarantee covers it and Reetle pays the shipping. The refund page lays out the full process.
Orders arrive in 7 to 15 days. You get a tracking link by email the day your hub leaves the warehouse.
