The first European batch is small on purpose. Waitlist members had 24 hours of early access before public pre-orders opened.

We publish final EU pricing, the compatible model list, and delivery estimates on this page the day pre-orders open. Until then, anything a reseller quotes you is not from us.

The fine print, upfront

Buying from us, in plain words.

  • 30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return it, no reason needed. Details in Returns and warranty.
  • 1-year limited warranty. Every unit ships with a 1-year limited warranty. EU and UK consumers also keep the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity; where local consumer law grants you more, local law prevails.
  • Small first batch. If demand exceeds the batch, the waitlist order decides who gets an allocation. No fake counters, no pressure tactics.
